Pointo
Support

Recovery starts in the product.

Pointo preserves job state, credits, versions, and quality findings so most problems can be resolved without sending private source material to support.

Effective 12 July 2026

Check first

Review the public Status page, then open the affected project. A failed run shows whether retry is safe and whether a credit was returned. Version history can restore an accepted deck; revoking a published link is immediate; project and account deletion continue asynchronously.

Contact support

Email support@example.invalid from your account address. Include the request ID shown with an error, the project or run identifier, approximate time, browser, and what you expected. Never send passwords, API keys, payment credentials, or confidential source files by email.

Billing, privacy, and security

Use the billing portal for active billing controls and the workspace for data deletion. Mark suspected unauthorized access or exposed data as “Security” in the subject. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy; privacy requests follow the Privacy Notice.
