These terms govern use of Pointo, a service operated by Pointo.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for verifying presentation content before relying on or publishing it.
Your materials and output
You retain rights in materials you upload. You grant Pointo a limited right to process them only to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. As between you and Pointo, you may use generated output subject to applicable law and any third-party rights in your inputs. Pointo does not claim ownership of your presentation.
Source grounding and quality
Pointo links material claims to available evidence and marks assumptions or unsupported statements, but generated content can still be incomplete or wrong. The Fidelity Check tests file structure, editability, overflow, collisions, and native package integrity; it does not replace legal, financial, medical, academic, or factual review by a qualified person.
Payments and credits
Prices and included features are shown before checkout. A One Deck Pass is a one-time purchase scoped to the stated project and validity period. Expensive generation may reserve a credit; eligible terminal failure returns it automatically. Taxes may be added where required. Refund eligibility is described in the published Refund Policy.
Prohibited use
Do not upload material you lack the right to process; bypass access, rate, safety, or payment controls; distribute malware; impersonate others; unlawfully profile people; or use Pointo to create deceptive, abusive, or illegal material. We may suspend affected activity to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and liability
We work to meet published quality and latency targets, but providers, networks, and presentation software can fail. To the extent permitted by law, Pointo is provided without guarantees beyond these terms, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Any mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain intact.
Ending the agreement
You may delete your account through the workspace. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, legal obligation, security risk, or abuse. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, liability, and required record retention survive termination. Questions can be sent to support@example.invalid.
